Courses

These are courses that are held regularly by Shantimaya, mainly at Bliss Cafe in Stockholm or at the rawfood retreats.

These courses are held also sometimes at different companies or private places, as per request.

Each course last about two to three hours, and it includes a presentation on raw food diet, nutrition and detox, and also provides an inspiration for a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Shantimaya through these courses, shares some of his recipes and introduces and unique way of combining spices and herbs and enriching rawfood with exotic flavours.

All prepared dishes are served and enjoyed over the session.
